Erleen joined TriColour in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer where she oversees all group strategic financial operations. She holds a Bachelor in Accounting Sciences (BCompt) (2007), Honours in Accounting Sciences (BCompt Hons) (2008) and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Before joining TriColour, Erleen was an audit partner in Public Practice where she specialised in Property Investment, Listed Equities and Private Equity companies, thus obtaining invaluable experience and a wealth of knowledge.
