Rob Wilkie

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce (1992) and Bachelor of Accounting (1994). He is also a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (1995). In 2004 he completed his MBA in finance (Manchester Business School – UK).

Rob has a passion for property development and investment and is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and the execution of growth opportunities. His inclusive leadership style and focus on the tenant relationship provides the foundation for future growth. 

Rob believes firmly in “success built on friendship”.

Erleen Coetzee

Chief Financial Officer – Management Team

Erleen joined TriColour in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer where she oversees all group strategic financial operations. She holds a Bachelor in Accounting Sciences (BCompt) (2007), Honours in Accounting Sciences (BCompt Hons) (2008) and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Before joining TriColour, Erleen was an audit partner in Public Practice where she specialised in Property Investment, Listed Equities and Private Equity companies, thus obtaining invaluable experience and a wealth of knowledge.

Angela Juniper

Legal Director – Management Team

Angela joined Tricolour in 2019 as legal executive and is responsible for all legal, risk and property related matters.

Angela brings nearly two decades of property experience, having worked at Redefine Properties and prior to that in the banking sector. As an admitted attorney and conveyancer, Angela has a thorough legal knowledge of all matters relating to property and plays a vital role in mitigating legal risk in contractual tenant relationships, funding arrangements, townplanning, development and construction.

Having obtained her LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg, Angela achieved an International Legal Studies Diploma at the University of Antwerp, Belgium.

Clinton White

Operations & Facilities – Management Team

Clinton joined TriColour in 2018 as head of operations and facilities. He is a successful professional with a wealth of experience in the property industry over a range of disciplines including facilities management, property acquisitions and development. He is committed to delivering client service excellence.

Clinton is a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in public & development management; property development and investments.

Ivan Epstein

Non-Executive Advisor & Co-Founder
Ivan co-founded Softline Limited in 1988 and listed the business on the JSE in 1987. The business was subsequently sold to Sage Group PLC, a FTSE 100 listed company, where Ivan was CEO of the International Global Business until he decided to exit in October 2016.

Ivan was a co-founder/Investor and Chairman of the Connect Group which was subsequently sold In March 2022. He continues to actively chair, advise and invests in a number of businesses.

Ivan has been awarded the Ernst and Young (EY) “South Africa’s Best Entrepreneur” and thereafter appointed to the panel of judges where he served as Chairperson for some years.

Ivan acts in a specialist advisory role and continues with his guidance to the executive management board of Tricolour.
